Returns/Refund policy (subscriptions)

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you find that the magazine subscription is not for you then we are happy to refund any unmailed issues. This is calculated at the amount paid minus number of issues received, multiplied by cover price.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You are able to cancel your subscription at any time and we will refund as per the refund policy (above). Write to us, stating your full name and address , magazine name and subscription number (if known) to - Evolve Digital Publishing Ltd, The Old Estate Yard,North Stoke Lane, Upton Cheyney,Bristol, BS30 6ND. Please note there is a 14 day notice period.

Returns policy (Event tickets)

Should you be unable to attend an event for which you have booked tickets, please contact the customer service department within the first ten days. You can call the customer services department on +44 (0)1179 323586

Delivery Policy

Delivery of your subscription within the UK

We aim to deliver your subscription prior to it going on sale at the newsagents. This may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery of your subscription outside the UK

Speed of delivery to subscribers outside the UK obviously depends on the quality of service provided by the various organisations along the way. The following airmail delivery times should be calculated from the date the magazine is published and are approximate:
Europe - 3/5 days.
Middle East/Africa/Asia/North and South America - 6/10 days.
Asia-Pacific/Australasia - 11/15 days.

Inform us that your issue hasn't arrived

Simply contact one of our Customer Services team on +44 (0)1179 323586 and they will check we have your correct address details and arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you.
